Shipping & Delivery
ICONIC IMAGE personally produces and ships its made-to-order hoodies. Once an order is placed, we prepare the selected design, print and press the garment, inspect it, package it, and arrange shipment.
Order processing
Made-to-order items require production before dispatch. Processing times depend on blank garment availability, order volume, and print preparation. If you need an item by a particular date, please email us before ordering so we can discuss feasibility. We do not guarantee a delivery date unless we confirm one.
Shipping charges
Available delivery options and their charges appear during checkout, based on your delivery address. We currently offer shipping options within the United States where Shopify checkout displays an eligible shipping rate. Orders will be packed and shipped by ICONIC IMAGE, not Printful.
